The Dutch Open Darts is an open tournament, so no membership is required.

The player card will be sent by email in the week prior to the event to the players and the main booker.

We recommend that you have the PRINTED player card with you during the event. The barcode on your player card must be scanned at the entrance and this is your admission ticket. It is NOT possible to have your player card or entrance tickets printed and/or emailed by the organization during the event!

The system automatically sends an e-mail when registration is completed. It is possible that this e-mail has landed in the ‘spam’ box or that during registration a false e-mail address has been entered (for example because of an typing error). It can also occur that the mailbox is full and as a consequence the system cannot send the e-mail. In third place it is an option that the confirmation e-mail will only be received after a few hours (for example when a hugh number op partcipants register in a short time). Don’t make another registration right away (then you’ve signed up twice!), but wait for one day. When all situations pointed out above are not applicable, please contact the NDB by filling out the contactform. We will sort out the problem and contact you.

These will be announced one week before the event.

Yes, you can.

1. until January 16th 2024: Send an email to dutchopen@ndbdarts.nl and state that you want to change your playing partner. In the e-mail please note the details of the old and new playing partner along with the order number of your registration.

2. after January 16th 2024: In addition to your own players card, take the players card from your old playing partner with you to De Bonte Wever. In both playing rooms you will find the Control Desk. Apply your new playing partner there. You have to show a (copy of) the ID of your old playing partner. Also make sure you both have ID cards.

When you participate in the single or pairs tournament you have free entry on all days. If you only participate in the warming-up event on Thursday, you will not have free entry on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then you need to buy a ticket.

The hotel can only be booked at De Bonte Wever or the other nearby hotel accommodation and bungalow parks. Reservations can be made by telephone or by e-mail. You will find more information in the main menu ‘Tournament’ and then on ‘Accommodation and Route’.

It is NOT possible for participants and/or spectators to buy VIP cards. The NDB defines the people they want to invite as a VIP. These guests (for example board members of Dutch Darts organisations, suppliers, top 16 players, etc.) will be put on a list. If one wants to obtain VIP cards, but is not on the list, sponsorship is a possibility.

In all cases concerning registration it applies that not earlier than the moment the NDB receives the money the participant will be put throught the database that will be used for the draw. If there is a problem during registration, it means one has to start again with the procedure. When registration has ended succesfully, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address that has been given in.

Then contact the NDB using this contact form. Try to formulate your question as clearly as possible. We will answer your question as quickly as possible (the aim is to provide a reply within two working days).

The organisation keeps the right to make changes.
