With a 20 finish, he put himself on the scoreboard at 1-0.<\/p>\n<p>Leg number 2 went in favor of Heiko Bohnhorst. With a 180 score from 210, he set himself up for a 30 finish after 6 turns. Unfortunately, he couldn&#8217;t finish it off with 3 darts in hand. Vandekerckhove took advantage of this and claimed the leg, taking a 2-0 lead.<\/p>\n<p>The third leg could have been decisive for the match. Bohnhorst started very strong but faded after a few turns. Vandekerckhove saw an opportunity and surpassed him with a 140 turn. Finishing was no problem, and the third leg was claimed by the Belgian.<\/p>\n<p>The final now seemed decided. Still, the German tried everything he could to turn the match around. With a few darts in hand to make it 3-1, he started his turn, but they didn&#8217;t land.
